Will I be removed from the job if they get to know about this?

That depends on how this person is peddling this. If this person is a HR who is taking money to refer you to a company, then that's harmless but that can't assure you a job in the company. Still not ethical but not illegal. 
  
 But if this person is colluding with someone inside the company to fix interview results and get you in, if caught one day can result in blackmarking your career. Can get fired for it. 
 Plus if they mark you with a bad rating in nasscom employees list it can impact your career

Hi all , so today I revieved a mail from certain person saying that he will get me placed in a company for 60000 rs of 10 installments . The company is pretty famous and the salary is slightly above the witch average salary. But the catch is that I have to pay a initial amount of 4k . Yes it's pretty sketchy but my college mates were placed in MBRDI package was 10 lpa but they paid 1.2 l total . He did get placed. I need advice please

I am in a real need of help.
I am a sem 5 student Btech, I got a job offer from college as I am in the star batch and we can basically do almost full time jobs from sem 5 as star batch student gave sem 5-6 exams in early vacations


The offer I have is 3LPA but with 2 years bond of ₹50000 if I break it.
I know MERN, Django and some docker and AWS.
The company role is python dev and I will be working with Django and Frappe in ERP Next.


Should I accept the offer.
The college is bad wont have great offers. Not more than 5, i can try on my own but.

One guy claimed himself to be an employee of a reputed product based company asked for my resume as he have shared some openings in SDE role in his company.So i shared him my resume and then he msged me that  he will assure my joining letter by 25th if I promise him 1st month salary 's 5% compensation and se***l compromise. What the hell is going on.

One of my friends got an offer during campus placements with a good base pay, later his offer was postponed without clear doj, now he got another offer after 8 months of struggle with a very low salary, now he is getting calls from different startups tho they are good paying companies due to his lower pay rn they are not willing to pay much, what should be the better option he should follow ? I received an offer with average pay but from a good, growing startup. The role is exactly what I want, and the team consists of very good, brilliant people from Tier 1 and 2 institutes, while I am a Tier 3 institute student. Considering the current market situation and the fact that I don't have any prior internship or work experience, I got the offer based on my technical skills. What should I do? Should I go for it? The on-campus placement companies are nowhere near as good as this one.

Got an offer from a top-tier startup—should I take the leap?

Final year undergrad here (Tier3). Have applied to over 800 places (offcampus) as of now, but no luck. 
I happen to grab an offer oncampus which is of 4lpa with 2 years of bond. Now im skeptical about it, whether or not to join it. also im kinda desperate for some bucks in my bank. Any suggestions on what steps i should take? 

PS: have grinded LC moderately. Except for Graphs and DP (Below are the topics ive covered)

dilemma is real

To the senior people in the industry I need your advice badly. 

My background: I am a 2023,CSE graduate from NSUT Dwarka (Tier -1) college. I had an offee from company with CTC of 12LPA and that offer got revoked.

Currently I am working in a service based startup with peanuts as sallary. The work I am being assign here is mainly of Langchain and ML(which I don't have much interest in but can do if required).How do you get out of this company and should I stay here just for experience for atleast one year.

I don't understand why companies here can't pay more than 30K per month for interns. I pitched for somewhere between 40K-45K so they can't seem to consider giving it. I have a good profile for that work too.

Why intern salary so less in India if not FAANG type?

I'm a fresher, and in my last sem of Masters. I'm currently interning at Company A which will offer ppo of 6lpa.
I also have an offer from Company B with 9.12lpa ctc. 

The thing is I've got the developer role at my internship(company A) and the role I would get at Company B will be luck based(was campus placement).

So which offer should I proceed with? Which would be a wiser and better option?

This is the best review someone can give for upcoming batch. You'll have 3 days to ask for refund go once the camp starts. Please go for it. If you are working and have a salary of 4 lpa don't expect much for this so called bootcamp.  Bootcamp is well planned here it is nothing like that. They gave us so many assignments so that they can filter out people for roc8 because those many assignments were not possible to manage with full time job. Freshers you can get 4lpa + package with little knowledge of DSA. Everytime he has this excuse that market is not good which he didn't think before keeping so many students in hope and making this a business. You can learn react from YouTube. There is no rocket science that he is giving there. Again the curriculum just sucks. Her wife doesn't know anything she literally reads notion saying that it is a revision class.  He has no idea what is going on the camp. Just fooling students by selling hope please don't fall for it. Prepare DSA you'll get a good software developer job. No company for freshers actually care about what language you know. Go for namastey javascript and namastey react if you really want to learn react. Roc8 sucks too. This is literally 10 Months since camp started and not more than 15 students are placed and half of them are through LinkedIn there is no neoGcamp and roc8. You'll get a good community but doesn't matter it is not worth 48k. Please don't waste your money and fall for this. I'll answer all your questions if you have any.



Again, the camp just sucks like Tanay's reels and YouTube videos.

Don't Join neoGcamp and other bootcamps

One of my friends, who is highly talented and an adept competitive programmer, recently received an offer from "Tech Mahindra" with a package of 3.25 LPA and a 2.5-year service bond. Given the current tough economic climate, should he accept this offer or wait and prepare for better opportunities? Additionally, if anyone can refer him to opportunities in their current company, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help and insights!

This is a 33% increase - total 2 yoe, including 1 yoe as APM. HR rolled out 23 + 1 (JB) to consider startup ESOPS, but changed back to 22LPA because did not get degree from premier tech institute. Thoughts?

Hello grapevine folks. I am a 4th year student from tier 2 college and Yamaha Solutions is visiting our college for placement drive.

They are offering 6 months internship (40k stipend) and 10 lpa package but it comes with a 2 year bond. If broken there will be 1lakh penalty.

Should I consider this company? I have apprehension regarding bond.

Hello I'm 22F a 4th year student from a tier 3 college. I got placed on campus in a very small scale startup for 6.5 lpa but the internship period was of 9 months at 15k per month in blr. Now they have announced that they won't be giving PPO to us. My internship is ending in March 2024 before that I need to get into a new job. But all the openings are low paying i.e. 3 or 4lpa jobs and I'm in doubt with my DSA skills. I need someone who can mentor me on this path. I've worked on mostly Java, Springboot, Automation testing and C++. 
How should I prepare along with my internship in this 2 months?
