Stammering-Software engineering as a career

Is software industry oversaturated? Do you feel companies will discriminate with us once we hit 40+ age as more and more people are coming into it? I can see class 6 th and 7 th std kids are doing coding just like we had fad for jee classes. If there is oversupply of enggs. companies, whatever the fate mech and civil branches suffered, cs will bear the same. Should one go for mba( off course from top colleges) ?

My friend (who is SDE-I in a startup) and I were having a discussion and we both felt that software engineering is probably not the best career for us. So I want to ask, what other career options would you suggest for people like me, who have done graduation in CSE and stuck in this software role?

My brother has just completed 7th semester in CS from a tier 3 college. He has good aptitude and problem solving skills. He is not very passionate about anything.he just wants to learn something in demand and earn well. He just knows the basics taught as per curriculum. What is the best way for him to choose proper career path ( front end, back end, full stack etc) and learn stuff and crack good package roles. Pls share any proper roadmap blogs or YouTube channels that can help him. Thanks in advance!

People laid off way later than me have started with their new jobs and are happy yet I'm still struggling here looking for a job, they are getting hikes and I'm just looking to get hired. Hi friends, My brother has done his MCA in the year 2017 and post that he didn't join any campus due to family business and during covid when our business was at its lowest time he decided to explore outside hence joined Adani groups as a product supervisor and currently working with Emami agrotech as a warehouse incharge... Why did I suddenly develop a stutter? I fluently spoke before, but a while ago I started stuttering and now it's pretty bad. I'm 25 years old. Before I've only stuttered when I was really nervous, like in front of an audience, now it's all the time.

I have done btech from cse, and got placed in a service based company. I just wanted to know what are the other options available other than being a software engineer. Actually I didn't explore the career options myself, always choose whatever is in the trend. But now I think it's time I can choose the right path for my career or atleast give a try. Hi everyone, I am from a Tier-1 engineering college, looking for jobs in Product space. Any idea, what kind of companies/which sector is hiring right now? College placements have been really bad this year, and applying off-campus has been a real pain (no replies, calls from companies). This is not the first time I am applying off campus, I know it's a tiring process especially at a fresher level, but this time it has been worse.
