Insecurity doesn’t care about your designation, seniority, department or gender Insecurity doesn't care about your role, title and tenure It's most likely the ONLY equal opportunity cheerleader in your office It's most likely the ONLY thing in the office that works harder than you ... because it’s on everyone’s payroll, free of charge "The last I checked my boss was insecure of my dog, cause I was giving it too much time over the weekends.
