Thoughts on Dale Vaz’s Trading Startup?

Dale as a leader is no doubt amazing! A lot of people admired his leadership while he was in Swiggy. Got a chance to interact with him once and was really amazed to know about his years of experience not only in tech but also in trading. But I have my doubts in his startup. It’s very difficult to compete in trading industry. Here the quality is supreme. Big players are okay to pay more as long as they are satisfied with the product. Companies like Zerodha and Sensibull have very loyal customers. Unless they themselves mess it up or Aartiya provides something extraordinary, I don’t see it anywhere standing close to them. Would love to be wrong here!

Too many wealhtech players in the start up space. What are you passionate about and do you want to work in this space. Leadership is an important factor but working in a well established environment to a non structured environment are too different things . Are you looking for long term goals or short term stint. So far not much about the start to be known . Is their website working now ? These are my general thoughts ( I haven’t worked under Dale Vaz) I tried applying for a generalist but they don’t seem to reply from their email address. It might have potential but this space is getting very crowded and tough
