As someone had pointed it out, most of the users wouldn't want their organizations to come across their profiles. But, I'm not sure 💁🏻♂️
I have a similar opinion. I feel it will take away a lot from the original purpose of the app.
Imagine recruiter reading through all the weird shit you tweeted over the years
What nobody is talking about is how they would rather find and apply for jobs on Twitter than on LinkedIn. For the prospects/candidates applying, what ultimately matters is where they have a better chance, and Twitter has its task cut out if you consider most resume drop job notifications on LinkedIn to be a black hole
But ultimately it's the companies to figure out their revert mechanism. It's of no use if they treat it just like LinkedIn
Right, Exactly what I'm driving at, on twitter there is enough of a 'social' factor (unlike LinkedIn) for hiring mangers to not take that route, which I hope they don't
I feel it's for the better, people have already increased shit-posting for ad revenue, if more users find jobs from there no harm in that, for domains like cybersecurity, blochchain, etc people are already getting jobs from Twitter.
That's also a way to look at it
