Tips for Off-campus

Had Accenture ASE offer in hand and our campus had the one job rule.Tried off campus but not even a single reply till today ,What should a fresher do keeping in mind that recession and layoffs are happening?

Hey all I will graduate in 2 months due to bad market conditions, companies not visiting college, someone like me got less paying job , so anyone guide me for next 6m what we need to do so we are capable to get a better job thanks in advance

I am currently in my final year, at one of the top commerce colleges in India. Pursuing Bachelor in Commerce and will also appear for my CFAL1 exam in November. I worked really hard for placement season, a few IB firms were expected to come but it doesn't look like they'll be hiring given the economic scenario. If someone holds any position in such roles like IB, Private Equity, Equity Research etc. could they please tell what I could work on and what the industry requirements are from a fresher? Also how do I go about applying off-campus, since I don't believe I'll be getting many opportunities On-Campus?

I'm a full-stack developer with experience in creating various projects, including some for clients. I don't want to go through the hassle of multiple rounds of interviews and end up with a low salary of 30k through college placements. How do you guys get interview calls off campus? I've been trying to get a job for the past few months, solved numerous DSA and yet , it feels like recruiters don't even look at my resume. My story : So I landed an internship (Algo Intern) at a lifestyle company (which is kind of a tech company) 5 months ago, and have been looking for a job ever since. I did get placed at a smaller company during college, but I took a bet and rejected it because I thought my company would convert my internship once it received further funding. It's safe to say I lost that bet. Ever since then, whenever I receive an email, my heart skips a beat, thinking, maybe, just maybe, it's an email regarding an interview. It feels just like those moments when every potential notification could be from your crush – your heart races a bit faster, your eyes dart to your phone, and anticipation tingles through you.
