Tracxn - Offer letter

Bro what does tracxn even do? Isn't database done How many more people do they need Join a good buisness if possible I agree that it's a great tool, but do they need more and more people

One of my colleagues recently joined from Tracxn he said they are very strict regarding work from office if you miss punching they will cut your salary and other stuff he just worked 6 month there .. talk to other people as well then decide. All the best
