Not an underrated company but Juspay has functional prog. And they are pretty good at their engineering

Well they have very limited with new hires and mainly there work revolve around API and there huge switch deployment

I just hate their interview process. 
 Worst I ever been a part of - not because of assignment and stuffs, but the way they execute it & the repetitiveness.

As fresherI expect bare minimum, 4-5 lpa would be ok and talking about skills rust based system like distributed system DevOps systems

Place where problem+product+people+profit have a much higher focus.

As an ex-Ultrahuman employee, I can confirm that you don’t want to work there. 
  
 The culture is cut throat. I was there for an year and I got a total of 3 weekends where I didn’t touch my laptop. 
  
 Credit where its due, founders and people are amazing, it’s just that the expectations are so high that you are constantly overworked.

Hey guys! So an early career professional here. Currently, have around 6 month of work experience as a frontend dev in an early stage startup.

I have been coding decently here, worked on features, customer bugs etc. but the work has started to feel quite repetitive and the workplace also feels like a feature factory now. 

I have two questions.
a) what actionable things can I actually do to work on some new or interesting stuff
b) has the experience been the same for you folks or are there any places in India where you actually learn and grow a lot as an engineer and not end up just endlessly shipping features

From last year I am applying many places for an internship but got no luck getting one. I am not able to clear shortlisting in various place despite having good projects. I made my resume using deedyCV and it look pretty good based on what other people have as their resume who got internships somewhere. I don't know whats the problem in my resume please help.

Hey guys! So I recently graduated from a non tech background but I have been coding since the last 1.5-2 years and have made some decent projects in frontend(react) (also past internship experience in Python/data analysis)

But I know with the current market conditions and my background getting a full time role might be a huge ask so my plan is to get an internship at a decent startup and then eventually convert to full time.
