Unique Ideas

Hello everyone, I am a cse Undergraduate student, and I want to do a side project on the web.Can anyone suggest any project ideas which are somewhat unique and help me in standing apart from the crowd.

I have been on this journey for a long time now. Lots of failure comes with loads of learning. Each step or initiative I took has helped me grow as a person, the business guy (ed-tech, media space), and also in terms of technicalities (full-stack product management, hardcore hands-on into technology and I love user experience) Ps: currently running an edtech startup in pre-seed/seed stage Feel free to ask anything, would be happy to help even personally

Hi folks I'm a student of engineering in my final year. I'm looking to work with startups that are in early stage/stealth mode for a longer period(6 months internship or so). I'm tired of all the grunt work in my previous internships and would love to be a part of something where I have real ownership and get my hands dirty. Willing to do anything and everything. From sales, marketing, creating the gtm, analysing customer journeys. Anything except tech. Let me know if any of you have something for me. Dont have any greed for Esops or anything

I have a product idea that I want to build. It is not something super unique or innovative. A few products are already in the market to solve the use case but it's fairly simple to build and has a decent potential to reach 1 mil ARR. The market is not cluttered and the need is solid. My problem is that I am a career marketer and I don't want to boil the ocean by trying to build the product myself. As a remote employee for the past 3 years I have lost any chance to make a techie friend and whatever old contacts I had are either in better position or have started up already. I have enquired with a few remaining people but it was unsuccessful. My idea is continue with our day job unless we crack at least 3 customers and then go in full time. Is anyone interested? Can someone guide me a better place to find a cofounder?

I'm 23 and working in Bangalore in the Founder's Office role at a startup. I aspire to be a Founder someday and run my own business, but don't have an idea that I am very passionate about right now. I have 3 years of work experience as I started working alongside my college. I am really confused whether I should consider Post-Grad or continue working. And if PG, then from India or outside. Any guidance or points to consider would help.

Share your billion dollar idea that you are sitting idle on.

I recently worked at a startup and it was terrible. To be honest, I still worked at one of the better ones but it just sucked. Some of the clear downsides I see - Survival mode leads to chaos. You can be treated anyway and asked to leave whenever even though you left big opportunities to be here - Brand loss to find next job (Big problem) - Trying to make you feel unworthy(Doesn't bother me but I have seen people lose self confidence) - Loss of opportunity to build real skills like building sustainable teams for the long run I think over all working at a startup especially early teams is a losing proposition. Do it only if - - you know the founders/team well - you know the industry and market well and it is a bet you personally believe in - you are secure enough in life that if you go back to your job, you will easily get employed For middle class kids, startups are the worst bets one can take.

I am 3 years into my career and I have deep passion for Software engineering. I genuinely like it. I want to become a better engineer by going deep. But since the time of my internships in college, I have always been fascinated by startups and want to have one of my own. Now I have an idea(again very passionate about) and I’m working on it but my dilemma is that if I run a startup, it’s going to take me away from my other interest of engineering. Any thoughts?

1. I am having a strong problem statement, which is thoroughly validated, along with a business plan, but I am not working or starting it as I lack confidence because I don't have a team in place. ( I am an IIM graduate and currently a product manager - giving these details just to get a sense of my background, which might help in the type of suggestions from your side). 2. How can I find a co-founder/partner/core team member? Please advise me on where to look for co-founders or people that share a similar mindset.
