I second it. Not sure the reason. I think maybe it's because SIA had more % stake in Vistara, and bringing both together under vistara would mean liquidating that?

Coz other brand had "India" in its name, and second its older brand. I think they could have kept both brands alive. But i never question Tata's strategy at things. What ever they touch , turns to Gold 🪙

Vistara is yet to issue any information on them. We can expect it to come shortly now since the merger closure date has been locked. Really hoping they don't devalue them like hell 🤞🏼
