Vistara Flyers Lose Lounge Access Ahead of Air India Merger
- Vistara issued steps for passengers travelling on or after November 12, when all its flights will operate under Air India. - Booked Vistara tickets will need to be re-issued by Air India, with check-ins at Air India's counters. - Lounge access and special services purchased through Vistara may not be valid post November 12. - Excess baggage allowances will be transferred to the new Air India flight, subject to approval. - Air India will maintain the 'Vistara experience' on newly acquired planes until its cabin retrofit program is completed in 2025.
