Can someone tell which is the best Lab for getting the entire body checkup/test done in Bangalore? Last month I got tested from a few labs and parameters varied a lot, so now confused which could be the best and trustworthy with the number.

I was looking at some test packages and they are really confusing. Has anyone else done it before? And what are the tests to look for in the package.

I’ve lately been struggling with keeping my energy levels up through the day. My lifestyle isn’t that bad. Decent sleep, frequent exercise, I’m happy etc

But I find myself zoning out of conversations and this is affecting my ability to be “liked” at the workplace.

It’s not even about being liked, but as a person I don’t like not being able to 100% be there for people when they’re talking to me. It’s what makes us human, in a way.

People who are generally energetic, how do you do it?

I was in a similar situation where I felt lost and disconnected throughout the day. Things that worked for me:- 
  
 (1) Cut caffeine and sugar completely - strictly 0% consumption. Caffeine is really bad for sleep quality. 
 (2) Increase vitamin D intake - sunlight and supplements. Deficiency leads to general fatigue and brain fog. 
 (3) Improve sleep quality - have camomile tea, get a good mattress and comforter, sleep before 1 AM to be in deep sleep in the 2 AM to 4 AM range 
 (4) Cold showers - not sure if they do anything at all but I've felt a noticeable increase in energy levels after doing them (even if placebo)

28/M - Have a complete desk job and odd hours of working (US PST Hours). Been feeling burned out and stressed off late. Completely out of shape. BMI high, Did a blood test recently and results are looking worrisome. 

New to Bangalore, Looking for some suggestions/connections to a good personal trainer and gyms. Found a lot of local gyms but don’t think I have the motivation to get things started on my own, so a good PT and gym would really help. I’m based near Malleswaram and don’t mind travelling 5kms around.
