My company issued glassdoor and ambition box links. Instructions are “be generous”. Honestly I would have given 0 if possible.

Why? Here are few reasons- 6 days week, 10-8pm, if you leave by 8 you get a taunt in return,

the founder will mention things like ownership but wouldn’t let you do anything on your own, his thoughts>>> any logical statements

ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ARE WORKING

2 DAY LONG LEAVE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE EVEN IF ITS AN EMERGENCY

Expectations- put me and my company above everything else

Needs a ego massage every other hour, literally join meetings late to show im the boss while he plays on the phone so that he can be late
