my company is wipro, i got an offer from a startup, they are asking me to join in 25 days and asking a date so that they can put it on the offer letter. But as y’all know about service based companies N.P. how do I handle this as its my first job switch im frustrated. working in angular at wipro and will work  with react in the startup.

Is there a way to come out of current company, since notice period is 90 days, not able to get job offers easily(almost nill), every recruiter is expecting joining within 30 days. Not able to manage finances with current salary and at the same time unable to switch. For qa automation role more than 10 years experience. Kindly provide some suggestions.

I'll be graduating in July and I have 2 offers in hand TCS and Accenture.

I'm in a dilemma about which offer to choose because many IT professionals have mentioned that TCS doesn't have as many projects, and its work culture is not that good.

I'm also considering the long-term growth prospects and career advancement opportunities offered by both companies. Additionally, I'm evaluating factors such as salary, benefits, location, and the alignment of the company's values with my own career aspirations.

Need your help in choosing a good career friendly company and also long term growth as an individual.

TCS Digital or Accenture

Am a senior consultant with 12+ years of experience and joined Infosys 3 years back from Cts. It’s been 3 years without any salary hike and onsite opportunity.
I was promised onsite last year but dropped out due to project budget. This year again trying if it happens?
Am greeting 16.6l as of now and how much such I ask tcs.
Am a network engineer with 10+ years and over all 12+ years.
My manager is supportive and said once offer released we can try for hike or promotion.
Onsite is still under budget.
Suggestions are welcome, how to proceed.
Note: I work mostly from home and goes office just for audit, townhall or important meetings as all my counterparts are onsite members.

I joined Infosys as a fresher in June 2021, and my first project has been and still is in the Financial domain for one of the Netherlands banks. As I haven't seen any increment in my salary or a hike from management after 2.6 years of working, I decided to start looking for a switch from January 2024. I received an offer from another company which offers close to a 170% hike (my current CTC is 4.10 LPA) and requires me to work from Hyderabad (currently working from Pune) I have submitted my resignation. My manager countered with an offer of a hike of 15-20% or an opportunity for onsite work in the Netherlands for 6 months, though this isn't immediate—it would be after a colleague returns, as he is going onsite first for 6 months starting in August. So, I may need to wait until next year and continue working on the same salary for 7 to 8 months. I am inclined to explore the onsite opportunity, but also feeling stuck from financial side. I'm unsure about what would be most beneficial for me in the long run. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙏 Thank you!

I have total experience of 6 years, 3 of those are at TCS as a Senior Process Associate (BPS). I have been learning skills required for transitioning to a career in Data Analysis. Should I try for jobs outside TCS or within TCS? Which one would be more easier? Also, if I choose TCS would there be a salary hike?

Wanna get some idea about market pay and the hike I’m getting in a e-commerce company. 

Worked as a DevOps/Software Engineer for 5 yrs and CCTC is around 30-32 LPA. New company is ready to offer around 42. 

Is it good offer or should I check for more companies?

I know some startup’s are paying like anything and this offer seems to be trivial for 5 yrs experience, but just wanted to know if I should be pursuing this offer or not?

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.

I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).

As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else?

I'm planning to switch to another company. My current experience is 2 years and I have primarily worked as a data Engineer at Wipro Limited. The notice period for Wipro is 3 months. How do I plan my switch? How do I get at least one  offer in hand with this notice period? Please suggest!!

My manager has told me that I will not get an appraisal at all. This is because I did not have enough billable hours. What do I do? I was on bench for almost 6 months and I thought chilling is nice but this could potentially ruin my career as I can't find a job anywhere else.
