18 years experience, join LTIMindtree or Infosys ?

Since both are service companies,there wont be much difference work wise.I worked with LTIM previously.They have a strong hybrid wfo policy whereas in Infy I heard it is not as strict compared to LTIM.Though they boast about their culture, I personally did not like the work environment there and if you are out from project due to any reason & unable to get a project with in next 2-3 months, u wid be forced to resign & it happened to a friend of mine.so suggest you to take all these factors into consideration and take an informed decision..

My experience is less so perhaps I am wrong but having worked there in the past I feel infy is quite stable and secure. Never heard of any forced resign cases there.

Join any other except Ltimindtree. First worst experience about mnc. Working from last 3 month. My exp dont join Ltimindtree. Don’t focus on reputation. Focus on your reputation and peace of mind.

Work life balance is better in LTIM than Infy. U decide now u need money or peace?
