Want to switch to TCS

I am currently working as PA in Cognizant. My current role is a Data Engineer Developer. I have a total experience of 2 years since I joined the company in 2022. My current skill set includes DATA WAREHOUSE CONCEPTS, ETL VALIDATION, ETL DEVELOPMENT, SQL SERVER, SSIS, AZURE DATA FACTORY, AZURE DATABRICKS & PYTHON. I am based in Kolkata. I’m currently working in CTS as PA with a package of approx 4.3 LPA. It’s been 2 years here and it’s a complete waste of time. First, they put me on bench after training and then recently, in Dec’23, onboarded me in a project. I’m looking for a change since there’s no learning at all here. Is there a way to come out of current company, since notice period is 90 days, not able to get job offers easily(almost nill), every recruiter is expecting joining within 30 days. Not able to manage finances with current salary and at the same time unable to switch. For qa automation role more than 10 years experience. Kindly provide some suggestions.

My manager has told me that I will not get an appraisal at all. This is because I did not have enough billable hours. What do I do? I was on bench for almost 6 months and I thought chilling is nice but this could potentially ruin my career as I can't find a job anywhere else. Should I try switching to Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture etc? Can anyone tell me what these companies are like?
