What are the best jobs and market offers out there for Java/Cloud Dev with 8 YOE?

Hi Guys, how is the market trend for new opportunities for 14+ yoe in java, J2EE with cloud ? Is it a good time to try to switch to another company ? Also how useful it is if I learn Generative AI with AWS ? Please share your inputs guy...
