How many days of probation and notice period are required? There's no probation period for anyone who works with us at Blinkit. Additionally, we do not require Blinkers to serve notice periods.

Require help regarding what to do

Have received an offer from a company and the joining date is in 3 days. However another company which is better has reached out and they have 3 rounds of interviews which I need to clear. Should I give a try for that company and ask them to schedule the interviews fast? If I get through in that org will it be okay if I say no to this company whose offer I already hold.

Have an offer from a company with a probation period of 3 months (SDE) Want to understand the things to be wary of in probation? And how is it evaluated? What has to go wrong to get fired? Heard from a couple of folks it's nothing serious, but the way terms and conditions are defined for probation looks more like something to definitely keep in mind.

I left my past company to start my own venture, though it didn't work out as planned I sold the MVP and joined a startup.
