What should I expect?
I am a Frontend Intern at a small company. I get paid 5k a month and they are offering me 12k to 15k a month for permanent role. Is it ok to work on this pay? Btw, I work remotely and Sundays are off. My manager is a great guy, cooperates a lot with me.
If you don’t have anything else, do take this up.
12k is better than 0.
If you feel this salary is less for you,
1. Negotiate for a higher salary or
2. keep looking for significantly better paying opportunities.

Yeah,
Thanks for your advice.
I keep applying to other jobs but I can't get past the resume screening. I don't understand what am I doing wrong.
Share your CV at arbitdxc@proton.me, I may be able to suggest few changes.
Market is a little down, dont blame yourself for everything 😀.
All that we can do is work hard and put effort.
Try to build/expand a network, typically jobs are gotten through networks.

It's very low for 6 days/week work. It's low even for 5 days/week. Consider looking out for other options if you can afford to

I would say rather invest in yourself, the amount of work you will be doing and the compensation you will be getting won't be good in the long run.
