What time do Bangaloreans leave from the office?

I have always worked in NCR or remote. I'm talking with a startup based in Bangalore for a switch. The founder had invited me to spend a day with team, get to know the work and culture. As luck would have it, I had an work event at Bangalore, so took the opportunity to visit them. Work is great, culture is good as well - lot of fun jokes food getting shared while work gets finished. The team made me feel at comfort. Between chatting with (future) colleague, I look up watch and its 7.40 pm. And my Delhi woman alarm goes 🚨 🚨 anxiety of if I leave now, when do I reach hotel, will I get an auto/cab, how will people be on the road, is it safe, are there street lights??? I usually left office in Gurgaon by 6.30 pm, especially in winters it gets dark early. Also the safety concern has office structured like that. But their team was usual, unaffected. Seemed weird to me. Is it a norm? Will I have to get used to it if I accept their offer?
