What's happening in Google?

Every other person I see on Linkedin/Fb is joining Google. Can anyone from inside shed some light here? How's the work culture and quality of life?

Reminded me of the good old days when everyone was joining Amazon.

Yeah my Linkindin feedback has someone joining google every now then with increased frequency.

I try applying through a career portal,but I still don't get any calls.

My friend got an offer from Google and he also landed offers from LinkedIn, Meesho, Amazon and a few more.
