Why is Bangalore losing its positive vibes and cultural diversity?

Honestly it amazes me everyday I step out into traffic in this city. 

1. Tempos, autos, two wheelers just parked where ever tf they want, talking to their long lost cousin by the looks of it. 

2.The random “hero” scooter dude who HAS to run the red light and almost take me out with him. 

3. Jaywalking, lol. What’s that here? As long as you can cross the road with your life be thankful. 

4. Lanes are merely a suggestion unless there’s actually a fucking physical barrier that prevents people cutting lanes. 

It’s pretty much tarmac chaotic dashing cars let loose. Idk how this city will ever handle the progress it’s supposedly destined to have.

(Lack of) Civic Sense in Bangalore

I was at a friends place and it suddenly started raining heavily. I had to reach my girlfriends place ASAP. She was already very angry that I was not spending enough time with her. The problem was that I was not getting any auto on Uber or Rapido.

I stopped an auto and asked it for a ride. He quoted Rs 800 for a 4km ride. I was like, "Are you crazy?" 
I somehow negotiated it down to Rs. 500. But it made me wonder why is this city like this.

Like everyone is trying to scam you. Every one is a grifter, from your landlord to auto wallahs to the cops.

I don't even know one person in my friend circle who feels opposite than all the things am sharing in this post.
You can't even commute in bangalore.
1. If you book auto: 🛺
There's high prob of getting in a fight with auto wala due to his rough tone and hatered among north indians.
These people have no fear and run gangs in bangalore
2. If you travel by car 🚘,bike 🏍️
Don't even get me started on road rages by locals.
Bangalore police is totally corrupt.

I don't even know what will happen if I hit someone badly in my self defence. Am 500% sure that police will charge me to fetch money.
I fu**ing hate this city.

Living in Bangalore is like participating in a daily obstacle course of stupidity these days. It's like the city is hosting the World Championships of Not Using Common Sense. Day by day, it’s getting crazy in here. People are literally just straight-away stupid.

Picture this: I'm in the metro, following the line like some good boii. But no, here come the backline breakers, sprinting ahead like they just got the memo that the free WiFi is about to expire. They won’t even have the patience to let others deboard from the station (bs ghusna hai sbko).

On the road: Small Aile is there, and these morons either walk in the middle of the road or walk slowly like they are going to maaiyat. There is no way to even overtake them.

One day a couple was literally just standing in the middle of the fucking metro entry gate, and all other people were going from sides. I was literally at my fucking limits; I controlled the urge to ask them that whatever shit they're discussing, if that is a national concern, then it’s okay; otherwise, please fuck around on the side.

And what’s up with this throwing garbage on the road thing, literally every morning on the road, tons of food, spillage, and disposals of whatnot can be seen. God, please throw it in the trash.

1. I moved to Bangalore because I thought it'll be one of those city which has educated open minded folks but......

2. now I'm seeing people suddenly destroying shop with English boards (I don't support destroying but I do feel board shouldd be written in kannada and English) and Vandalizing some food Van because it's use only English.

3. Saw some reels on Insta where Folks in auto and scooty rider are arguing over person not speaking in kannada or rather speaking in English or hindi.

4. One of the Politician saying Folks from North come to south and clean toilets (can't pin this point to just bangalore city).

First I feel there always few people who do all those things but now frequency seem increasing, I hope this will not become worst with time. 

I did meet some really great localites so entirely this post is not painting this beautiful city into bad light.

Apparently, the car was carrying a child and his mother and the child was ill. The ambulance driver overtook a car in traffic to rush to hospital. And these drunk idiots in the car chased him down, stopped the ambulance and trashed the ambulance driver. 

Not sure what happened next especially to the child who was seriously ill. Saw this post on reddit and it was just terrifying to watch.

Just saw another post where someone had visited Bangalore a few years back for a short duration and shared their experience. At the end, it read what has really changed that we are hearing so much about.
One of the guys starts calling North Indians trash and asking them to leave bangalore. Mind you, there have been no abuses or bad words from any North Indian on the thread. What is it that these people are afraid of? Is it the insecurity to get good jobs now that people with
 better skills are moving to Bangalore? Why are they linking their culture to their language?

It's madness what's happening in this city. I was once, myself, attacked by a mob after a guy ran his bike into my car and then threw a huge rock at me because I called him crazy. 

20-odd people not only beat me up, but also beat my dad up and harassed my mom. 

And guess what? The Bengaluru police refused to file a case stating if my aadhar doesn't have my local address updated on it, they can't take the FIR. 

I really hope this city is left by companies soon and these service/gig workers get a taste of how their lives would be without the migrant population of the city.

What do you dislike about Bangalore?

Ugh, this is so frustrating!

My dog just peed on a car tire parked on the road, and the owner went ballistic. They were super rude and yelled a bunch of insults, even though I'm a really responsible pet owner who always cleans up after my dog generally when he poops.

They kept calling me names and demanding I clean the tire with lizol. The whole thing left me speechless! She stood der until she got the pleasure of seeing an other human being clean her car and get some ego satisfied.

It's crazy how some people react.  Is this normal in Bangalore, or did I just encounter a particularly grumpy dentist?
This kind of negativity makes me wonder if the whole city is like this.  Maybe everyone's just stressed?
I have never experienced this is mumbai/kerala/chennai.
Why bangalore? 

Anyway, I just needed to vent about this bizarre experience.
