Never owned a fitness watch because not interested in always having things monitored, but I am intrigued with this resting heart rate part of it.

Suggest a good one, please?

1 rager = +10 bpm next day atleast

Some people with vitamin and mineral deficiencies may have elevated hr, as an example iron deficiency raises hr significantly, not a good parameter for measuring heart health. BP would be a better measure imho, my bp averages around 112-115 system and 75-80 dys while heart rate is 90-95 due to iron deficiency.

But iron deficiency is anyway a bad thing. So why not

Mostly people suffer from it nowadays, the trio b12, iron and vit d is mostly less than optimal levels in people in recent times which can be corrected easily but what I meant was that even docs don't recommend that resting bpm to be considered a criteria for good heart health, mostly dys BP is more important criteria if we look at it bare minimum.

What’s your age? If you’re above 30 then these are pretty good numbers

15 years of biking, swimming and running significantly makes the HR very low

Bruh your heart rate is pretty good. Mine is the high 60s. Which is also not too bad
