Hey guys, I'm working as a UX designer in an Design agency. So over there i used to work from research till wireframes for each projects, like i don't have hands on experience doing the UI part. Is it okay if i  just learn how to design stuffs using existing design systems?

Hey guys, i'm planning to switch my company after 8 months in the company and there is a notice of 2 months so that would be 10 months in the company. I feel out of place here, though I have delivered so far (6 months) because i'm picking tasks which I know, I don't know how long it will last. I'm stuck in a client project and i'm scared that if I get something I don't know and I don't deliver, I'll be yelled at. I am a python Developer having experience of 7.3 years. In this span I have worked as a Data Engineer with Geospatial data, RestFul API Developer, Away API gateway Integration and development Engineer. Right now since last 1.6 years working as ML engineer (80% software development+ 20% Data science exposure to me, There is Data scientist team for model development). Now I want to switch but confused that should I learn Deep learning in deep and practice in my current project before switch or I should master DSA and UI (React JS) and switch as SDE or Lead position. 
Adding to my tech stack, I have good knowledge to work with AWS, and Azure and using python SDKs for both. Beginner/Good experience with Docker kubernetes as well.

Please suggest me so that I can make a choice to switch my company and get place in a Good org with good payment and work culture.

Quite a lot of employers are posting online claiming to be hiring, but candidates seem to be not getting any response after sending email/DM to that HR who posted. 
  
 I myself have applied to an entry level opening at a very well known and establish vehicles related product company. Literally entry level role with 6 months to 1.5yr YoE (I have 1YoE), yet I've not got any response. And they keep reposting the same opening over and over and over, to the point where I feel they are actually not hiring, but just updating their hiring work quotas as they were lazy AF HRs all through the FY23-24.

There are so many fake openings on LinkedIn. Naukri got NO Naukri. Other platforms are dead.

I got almost 2 years of experience. I did internships at great companies. Got a formal degree. Have been a pseudo PM as well. I can think of UX before the UI. 

Not really the average figma to framer AeStHeTiC-Minimalist designer.
