Does anyone have the recommendation for the best hospital in Bengaluru for comprehensive annual health checkup ? It is for my old age parent who seem to be visibly healthy but don’t want to take any chances here.

So, last month my sister had a severe headache.
She went to Apollo multi-speciality hospital in jaynagar and whole body check up.

She got the reports mixed with some other person reports.

Neither did the doctor recognise my sister the reports patient name on the name
And she checked with other hospitals and she got the solution.

The thing is she got reported as she is having right amount hemoglobin I've arround 14 but actually she had less than 9

While she visited the other hospitals she stated she had a good amount of hemoglobin and doctor was shocked seeing the correct reports which mentioned 9 hemoglobin.

After a month we noticed the reports and found out the reports were different patient.

NB: the first three pages were correct and rest 3-4 pages were varied with someone else report




So, what should I do to Apollo hospital 
Shall I file a police case ? 
What valid reason I can mention?

I have been dealing with some mental issues lately and thought i should consult a therapist. Looked for some over practo but nit sure how ro select one. 
I not a very open person and it will take a lot of courage to talk to someone so asking the grape community for help if you know any therapist who helped you and you would like to recommend.

I haven't been doing mentally well since I don't know when. I've  been extremely self critical about myself to the extent that it has negatively affected my relationship with loved ones. I think I have ADHD as I strongly feel I have the symptoms that are described in YouTube or in any article online. To make matters worse, I am not doing well in terms of my career, my finances have taken a hit, have gained 12+ kilos since a year, unable to focus on work and upskilling and I have anger issues. 
I am 30 YO and I feel my life is turning into a disaster.

I sometimes feel I'm seeking sympathy but in reality, I just need help.
There is a lot of guilt, regret and self hatred rooted deep inside me which has wrecked my confidence, self love, compassion which has started to affect others.

Today I went to one hospital to do MRI because I was having a pain in naval and stomach area. Hospital is quoting 15k for the scan and additional 2k , totalling to 17k . Bangalore City is this much expensive for the healthcare solutions? Am I robbed here ? Any suggestions welcome.

Today I saw my payslip after a long time and WTH! I don't know what they'll take once bonus comes in. Paying this much for no water, bad air, corrupt babus and all those douche things.

As much as patriotic I am, this is just insane. On top of this add all the GST and sheet ton of other indirect taxes.

Living in India and paying like Europe. Wow!

Earning around 50 lpa at 24 is already a great feat. Still if u want to look at the dark side, nobody can help. This rant is more common than diabetes. Yet people will stress about same thing and rant to destress. Endless cycle. Either do something about it or bring some new perspective. P.S. I am in alignment with ur rant but I’ve made peace with the state of affairs as I am not looking to move out of India and I cannot strong arm govt. individually to change this.

My pet has megaesophagus and dilated cardio myopathy. This was diagnosed by a doctor who is quite good. But now my pets more complications and he rules out all complications due to megaoesophagus.
I understand he says this coz of my dogs health condition which is complicated
