Name 5 things which is the worst about corporate culture nowdays and needs a revolutionary change? I think about below what are your thoughts ? 1. HR Roles and responsibilities are of not much use to employees and needs to revamped 2. Financial numbers are not transparent 3. Performance ratings and promotions are mostly biased . There is nothing professional, it’s all personal. 4. Projects are running without any management 5. There are no leaders in actual. One who try to become are killed by manager mentality’s.

1) Over hiring and then firing
2) Bluffing about some parts of the work, like processes. In my case came to my company thinking that there was a process where I could fit in and learn, but there was nothing.
On the bright side, it is a big challenge to set up things and if things work out, it’d look good on my resume.
3) Managers micro managing to hide incompetence in front of top-line management and showing passive aggression when we don’t blindly follow.
Ps- Because of the fact that point 1 had happened to me, I now work in a detached style, like the worst case scenario is that they’ll fire me, I’ll get another job 💁🏼♂️ and I do understand that not many have that luxury.

Last line is the killer...,,,👍.. true luxury is knowing they can't got nothing on you.
#5 is so true. I yearn for the day I get to work with a true leader. An empathetic, intelligent person that shows the way, tells me why, ensures I'm being treated fairly, holds my hand when needed and puts pressure when needed.
I'll try to become something I never had 🥲
