Will we able to buy beautiful home in next 5 years?

So yesterday i was talking to my parents, they are saying that they want to invest in a property in Himachal Pradesh like in Manali , solan kasauli , or in any beautiful area like near mountains , i have researched for some and man I was blown by the prices , i mean good housing projects are in the range of Rs 1.3 Cr - Rs 3Cr , my parents have a budget of 50-60 lakhs but i thought we could get atleast a decent 2bhk property because it's not like Bangalore, gurugram or Mumbai but at this price range there is only 700-800 sq.ft 1bhk studio apartment, my parents really wanted to buy a decent property so we could use that for rental purpose or for them to go for vacations but seems like the skyrocketing prices and overpricing of projects makes us out of reach.. Do you have any idea if we can get something in this price range , if you have ever been to Himachal like in solan , kullu , Manali or aware about residential properties in those locations...
