Mode : 2 day work from office

2. Wingify (Bootstrap B2B SaaS startup)
Role : PM
Salary: 15 Base + 1 Joining Bonus + 1 Performance Based Bonus + Unknown Performance Based Stock Options
Mode: WFH

3. Docsumo.ai ( Seed funded Startup)
Role: APM
Salary: 17.5 (Base) + 1 (Fixed Bonus) + 7 ESOPs
Mode: 3 day work from office

Currently : APM at a seed stage startup 15 Base + 1 Bonus + 2 ESOPs
YOE: 1.3 

Would really appreciate insights/advice on how to approach and also how to negotiate with Wingify.

Confused between 3 job offers

Worked at a conglomerate and currently at a unicorn. In a conversation with 4 other soonicorn/early stage companies. Confused if I should move, also the benefits and risks associated? Lastly is it too risky to switch jobs right now (market scenario)?

What size companies are best for PM learning

This will help the people to get the list of good companies with compensations, WLB.

 The culture is cut throat. I was there for an year and I got a total of 3 weekends where I didn’t touch my laptop.
