Zeta

I'm currently awaiting result of my interviews at Zeta for Prog Mgr role.

  1. Anyone aware of the benchmarks or what would be a good hike in the current mkt. environment?
  2. How's wlb and culture at Zeta?

My current base is 25LpA + Esops with 4 yr relevant work experience. Another fact: I'm in a remote setup company, so working from a Tier 2 city And Zeta will be a 5 day office. Any other red flags/advise is welcomed

Zeta had a layoff recently. Afaik PMs (Product) gets in the range of 40 base.

Culture etc is okay, I find the CEO to be toxic, the WLB is okay as per my friend who's an SDE. It's a good brand to join imo
