Zeta had a layoff recently. Afaik PMs (Product) gets in the range of 40 base.

Culture etc is okay, I find the CEO to be toxic, the WLB is okay as per my friend who's an SDE. It's a good brand to join imo

I'm currently awaiting result of my interviews at Zeta for Prog Mgr role.
1. Anyone aware of the benchmarks or what would be a good hike in the current mkt. environment?
2. How's wlb and culture at Zeta?

My current base is 25LpA + Esops with 4 yr relevant work experience.
Another fact: I'm in a remote setup company, so working from a Tier 2 city And Zeta will be a 5 day office.
Any other red flags/advise is welcomed

Any zeta employees here? How's work life balance at zeta? I've read pretty bad reviews specially if you are part of infrastructure team, please help a bro out, I have an offer with pretty good package but can't sacrifice my peace over money.

I am a 2023 grad. I joined a startup but it is asking me to look for new opportunities. I interview at Zeta and recieved an offer. I also have an offer from Service Now.
Current compensation: 21 TC (16 base)
Zeta : 17 TC(16 base) not ready to increase even after counter offer
Service Now: 23 TC(15 base)
Hear lot of bad things about zeta like silent layoffs, 0% hike this year and we need to go to office 5 days a week where as it is hybrid at service now. Zeta has  better learning and that is the only upside of it. Would love to hear some feedback.

got a call from phonepe recruiter for UI (3-5)yrs apparently everyone is Software Engg in PhonePe, which is good.

But they have 5 days WFO and whats the salary range they have for me HR wasn’t even able to promise 25-30 base pay. 

But when i check leetcodr base pays are v high, any phone pe employee would like to comment?
