Can I Join Capgemini? How is overall work culture, salary growth there?

not a good salary package as per experience and skills, NO HIKE, no good culture, not a good environment. Nothing good in Capgemini. You should not waste your time giving interviews and waiting for a response. Moreover, They throw 1-2% hikes (which would be max 1-2k rupees in monthly salary) on your face and say that you are not up to the mark. (Meanwhile the employee is working for 15-20 hours, sometimes more than this, and on weekends too).

The work culture is great, lot of opportunities to learn, and enhance your skills. Salary growth depends upon the project you are assigned, and the project profitability, and not merely your individual performance. There is a caveat however. If you end up under a self-serving boss, who micro-manages instead of leading, you are doomed. This is true probably for any organization.

Not much salary hike, even nowadays they are not giving a single rupee hike to their employees
