Accenture Strategy as Management consultant

I have been offered management consultant role L9 at Accenture S&C GN. I have 5 years of experience in SAP and have been with deloitte usi for last 2 years. Works is good but the compensation is what bothers me. Is it a wise decision to switch to accenture strategy if they are offering 60% hike? Please help!!

I think you should make the switch. May I ask how much fix component are they offer at 5 yoe? Also how many rounds did u have and what did they ask specifically in 2nd and 3rd rounds?
