Parthanium weed is the culprit. It's an invasive species that Congress imported in to our country in 60s with wheat.
They say pollens are to blame, but not all pollens are problematic, just this one. We have it in my hometown too and it's unbearable.
I've been allergic to it since 20+ years now. I've not found any hacks or solutions. You can take medications, they will damage your body in the long term.
As weird as it may sound, sneezing is THE medication. Your body knows what to do with external agents which should not have come in through breath. All medications just suppress this natural response, and are hence harmful in the long run.
The only way is to leave this environment, and stay where parthanium is less or non existent. Though such areas are rare, it's even found in the Himalayas now because of rapid construction work which helps it find ground to settle.
You can google it up, and get to know your enemies. For the solution, sadly staying away is what works in long term.
