An observation regarding frontend developers

I have seen that most developers working on a front-end product are seldom conscious of the UI/UX aspects like following brand colors, correct punctuation, and spelling.

I feel these are very basic things that should be adhered to in the very first step of developing a feature.

Is it that hard to do? Do you have similar observations for devs at your place?

Yeah, it is the same case at a lot of places, people have associated Frontend Engineering to just HTML,CSS and JavaScript. That is all.

You just need to put these things together, no matter how you put them, how you use them. Just make something and leave.
