Be patient. It’s going to be a long one. I started with 100 now at 75. Took me few years. Spend time learning what you like dislike.

Don’t be ashamed in going to gym. We all have to start somewhere.

Sleep + food (good food) + water + workout is the formula

Be mindful about what you eat that’s 90 percent of the game.

Godspeed :)

Get trainer/ friend who knows this really well. In my case my friends helped me out.

What has helped me is sitting down and listing out all the food I have ordered for last 4 months and how much I spend, and aim to cut down the expenditure on food ordering to almost one fourth or even less.
2. Add adequate amount of lean protein and having a food plan chart for week ( I made it myself)
3. Making habit of keeping Sunday for making sure your kitchen inventory has all the required ingredients for next week so that you don't slack on eating anything. 4. Drinking adequate water, carry your water bottle everywhere.
5. Eating on time, and not Eating 3 hours before bed.
6. Eating atleast 5 different fibers ( mix of fruits and veggis)

I know sounds a lot. But you just need to start with 1 of these and keep adding when you are comfortable with one.

Most importantly be nice to yourself, be gentle with yourself during the journey.
