People of Grapevine, how do you maintain (or try to maintain) a regular workout routine. How often do you workout and what do you do.
How much time it took and what was or diet and workout exercises & routine???

Healthy not sure but I will tel you what made me loose 10 kgs and a whole lot of face fat
Empty stomach haldi ginger cinnamon hot water
Espresso shot
6000 steps
Cheela/boiled egg/pesarattu +oats water flax seed
12 noon lunch rice half bowl daal subzi
5 pm makhana
9 pm dinner chatak tomato soup grilled paneer/chicken/seekh kabab
Water only after 20 minutes of eating
Sleeping sharp at 1030 pm , wake up 610 am
Saturday morning 10000 steps
Saturday evening kebab and vodka
Sunday morning 10000 steps
Sunday lunch mutton
Sunday dinner maggi

2 x 10 kg dumbbells help me lift weights daily and 30 seconds 2 planks after the walk
If you’re just trying to lose weight, just stick to three meals a day and drink 3 diet cokes with it. Trust me w this.

I workout at home with a mix of calisthenics and a very small variation of strength training, and some yoga. Curious to know what everyone's upto and how that has helped.
