People of Grapevine, how do you maintain (or try to maintain) a regular workout routine. How often do you workout and what do you do.

30 min at least 5 days a week.
Using the free Nike training app for workouts. It has a great mix of yoga, bodyweight and equipment based workouts.

It’s workouts sets looked very difficult. I use another app- “Home Workouts”, which gives option to choose “Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced” etc.

Coincidentally, a colleague mentioned the exact same thing today! I started off by doing easy 10 min yoga workouts and built it up from there.

Now I've come to enjoy the intensity of their 25-30 min workouts. But I get where you're coming from.

5 days a week, 7 days of walking min. 10.5K steps.

Compound exercises mostly. A heavy focus on my diet. That’s the game changer.

Workout as many times a week as possible basically. Gym a bit and run a bit

BubblyDonut

At least 5x week: Chest, triceps x2 Back, biceps x2 Shoulders, legs, core x1 (x2 if I'm motivated enough :P) 60-75 mins per session, followed by 15 mins run.

Specific workouts are the intersection of high-impact workouts with what's available at my gym :)

What's your workout routine?

I workout at home with a mix of calisthenics and a very small variation of strength training, and some yoga. Curious to know what everyone's upto and how that has helped.

People who go to the cult.fit

What's your workout plan like? I've been going to cult.fit for awhile now, but I've never had a workout plan. I just book S&C at 8am and go 5/7 days. I want to bring more structure to it. So please share what your plan is like.
