I know that post COVID boom had many folks making 50-80lpa. But till what level does the comp rise? How many people are making 1cr, how many at 1.5cr and how many 2cr+?

CTOs are in 2-4cr zone. Engineering leads in the 1-2 zone.
Salary in top product based companies follow around 10 * YOE
10*YOE was a boom thing. Typical salaries are lower. More like 6-8x of YOE.
