This is bad. Why do people need to cry alone, when they can share it with their close ones? Whatever I bothering me, I make it a point to share it with my wife. Dil halka hota hai and vice-versa.
I used to share it with my wife(when we were dating) and my parents.
You don’t need to suffer alone. Guess, more and more people are affected by stress and don’t know how to deal with it, or are too concerned about sharing it with others.

Sabki wife gf nahi hoti and other don't want there parents to take tension, and also their is a fear of societal judgment that's why people refrain from sharing

This one thing “societal judgement” will kill people from inside. People/society will think whatever they want to… even if you do good deeds… they will find some negative to talk about… that should be the least thing to bother about… People don’t do great stuff because of these “log kya sochenge/kahenge”. Parents are there to help you. They might take tension(yes), but if people share, they will atleast get support from their parents.

Have seen in news about people taking drastic steps like suicide and all. Those people are very selfish, and I will tell why. Those people made the decision to suicide but what about the people who get left behind(their parents), do they even think how mentally it will affect their parents?? Just depression hai, I can’t solve so I will suicide… aise thode na hota hai…

There are always ways to solve things, just have to find out ways, if not then share with closed group(people). They will definitely help. Not sharing is the worst thing to do.

It is a city phenomenon, not a Bangalore thing. You have a hard day at work and before you walk into a boxed up apartment, you unburden yourself a little. I have seen many times people just sit in cars either in parking or outside their complex for hours (sometimes even drinking). Welcome to Cosmo life in India.
