Need suggestion

Hello I am a 26 years old female who works in a IT company, but meanwhile I am stuck with my life neither my job nor my relationship is going well, I am actually not so "relationship" type i am kinda marriage type of person, ❤️ I love someone who is from middle class and I am ready to settle if he is earning 40k even but what matters is love and understanding of both of person, Recently I am facing issues in my relationship like he is ready to leave me if the situation is not in future, and while I am not getting any future security from him i really feel anxious and getting panic attacks each day, I am not able to sleep properly Meanwhile, I am saying no to projects in my company and I am not showing any willingness to work further, honestly no body is there to guide me what should I do, my mom she supports me but I am unable to sleep properly in night and each and everyday I am crying and crying, not eating properly, i really need ur suggestion guys Please if anyone can suggest me or anything i should know i will be very grateful.........

See issues in first and second para I can help you with trauma bonding, we can rant about our whole day together but yaa it will cost you can DM mee😅..... But issue addressed in 3rd para made me curious why you saying no to work, I can understand no one was there to guide same happened with me as well.....but I was like full besharam type and ask things again and again. See the thing is in corporate that understand in past 2 years that no one, literally no one will compromise their work just to help someone. So ask for help blatantly. Don't fuc* your career yaar...... More power to you.....🙂

Not able to work because my personal things are not going great, I don't even want to wake up from bed and make breakfast for myself, I am not able to do anything freely, I feel stuck and depressed.

Hey dude, first of all I hope things get better for you very soon and I don’t know the full story so will be answering from your POV. - Don’t fuck up your career because of some person who isn’t even sure about you. I know it’s easier said than done, but some day in future you will regret this. - Prioritise yourself, I know relationships takes a lot of efforts, but sometimes you are putting up efforts where the other person doesn’t even deserves that. - Love makes us do stuff that our brain will never, so have a serious conversation with your guy, ask him if he is willing to commit and go all the way, if not move on.

Go see a psychiatrist. Will help you with panic attacks. Also, no relationship is worth bad mental health. 26 is young enough. You have time to get married and settle. No need to hurry. Find few good friends and spend your time with them. Have fun, travel if you can and relax.

You are ready to settle if he is earning 40k ?? what if he doesnt get that much then??? the other thing you said is -"He is ready to leave me if the situation is not in future ?" Does that mean that person is also looking for a serious relationship ??? than what actually is the probelm ?? that not earning 40k a month??

Actually to make this clear, I am ready to marry even if he is earning 40k in a month, but he is not ready accept me as of now as a wife and he is ready to leave me if situation is not good in future.....

Can't help you unless I understand the issue. Your post isn't making it clear. All I understand is, you have relationship troubles and that is affecting your work. With the limited info, I can say, fixing the root of your relationship problem is the way to go. If it can't be fixed, then maybe talking to people about it(non judgemental ones) can help ease the pain

Hey thanks, so to clear what exactly happening is like I am having problems in a relationship and with which I have no willingness to go to work and I am currently on bench not working on any projects, just going to the office for the sake of going, also not able to wake up from bed , lost all intrest in eating, that's what going on...
