2 years back I was in your shoes. I was very eager to switch my job but ended up spending 2 years in my current org. I'm very glad I didn't made a switch back then because I learned a lot in this 2 years, and now my this skills can easily get a very good hike.

Ideally 1+ years atleast but seen people switch after 8 months without any consequences
