Can I switch or stay?

I joined in Accenture in 2022 it's been almost 3 years at Accenture but no hike nothing. Am getting 6.5LPA. Overall experience 4.9 years. Can I switch now or wait for the next appraisal cycle? How's the market now?

6.5 LPA for nearly 5 year experience is too low.
You should be aiming for atleast 3 times of your experience I.e 15 LPA atleast for 5 year experience

Switch in January end when hiring starts actively everywhere

Aim for 15 L , if not getting take one for 12 and shop based on that offer but don’t stay for very long nor don’t go less than 14. All the best

Better start applying for companies now and switch to another company.

You may get interviews in later stages...
