Bgv in india
Hey need suggestion
I joined a firm ABC in April of this year ,
Now in June 2024 I had major argument and fighting in ABC company
Hence on 01/ July I left the firm And sent an email to hr team of ABC and said I won't be continuing
And on 05/july joined a firm XYZ Now this company XYZ in their background verification didn't asked for the ABC company details
Hence BGV wasn't an issue
Now I checked my PF details on umang app
From 05/july to 25/july I have PF entry for both the. Companies
From ABC & XYZ
Now although ABC didn't made any payment for the. Month of July
But still kind of double employment
I have exit letter from ABC it also. Mentions 25/july which is kind of incorrect because as per my email I have not worked in ABC since 01/July
Now my question is
-
whether it will create an issue in my future employment?
-
will because of this can I be rejected/removed from the next company if I get a new role
-
I have not added this 2 month experience in my CV shall I mention this in interview or discussion?
Having same month pf entry for two companies, is common in case of overlapping employment in that month. You left a company in one month and joined another in the same month, so obviously both companies will submit pf for that common month. It looks like they didn’t give you salary, but transferred the corresponding PF to be on the right side of law. So nothing wrong from Background verification here.
Talking of whether or not you should mention this two months job to next employers, I think you definitely have to, since pf history will anyway reveal, only question is, when exactly to reveal. In my opinion, it won’t matter much, you can write in resume too, or you can escape it and directly mention it at the time of filling BCG data after clearing interviews and getting offer letter.
Thanks actually the company I am planning to join is a regular firm not like tcs, infosys, capgemini which ask for PF screenshot or download for BGV.
