Byju's offer deferred
Hi everyone! I am a fresher and had a full time offer from Byju's and I had joining on 16th June which got deferred to 2nd August. Today I got another mail and it is further deferred to January 2024. I don't have any other offer right now and I tried texting HRs on LinkedIn but no response. I used to be an active CP coder in college days. Any referral help/advice is appreciated. Thank you!
Don’t wait. There will be no tech team until jan’24
22LPA for a fresher in times of chatgpt. It's good these offers are not working out. Just gives people the wrong idea about themselves. Resetting expectations as per experience and trying is a better bet. Jobs won't be easy to find given the external environment, but keeping busy is the key. A lot of firms are doing paid internships, that's a decent option while looking
Agreed, these are inflated salaries and now he will expect similar in all companies I guess
22 LPA isn’t even that much dude. People should be happy that salaries are increasing instead of having this dismissive crab mentality.
- Why did you accept it. 2. Get on - find a new one. Keep this in hand.
Email me at grapevine7570@gmail.com for jio platform limited refferal.

Why in the first place you accepted this companys offer? You dont read news I think so or not aware whats going with this firm from last 1 year.
@LastResort you are just starting your professional career. I can understand that it is difficult to turn down offers with excellent pay. But please be very careful with the company you choose to work with. The startup ecosystem has some great opportunities, but at the same time it is full of companies like Byju's infamous for their toxic work culture and at this point on a very shaky path. Please don't accept an offer from any company without proper research. Read about the company, the industry, ask around and find out about the work culture, etc before you take a decision. Start looking for alternative opportunities and don't wait for the offer from Byju's. All the best!
Don't worry. In our days, there was no college placement. We used to complete our degree and move to IT cities and stay in hostels , full with bedbugs, bad food, limited water etc.
Placement is not a norm. It was just a trend. You got placed in Byju's that means you have skills. Don't get disheartened, you will get another job. Just update your resume on naukri and monster and keep attending interviews
Why... why...why.. dont you guys read anything?... a shitty company with the shittiest work culture.. sinking company.. and you decided to accept the offer?....i hope this wasnt campus placment.. all best hope you will find an alternate job at earliest..
