POSH instances in MNCs
How many of you/someone you know have faced POSH instances in your company and what was the ultimate result of it?
This is quite concerning for me. Can someone please shed more light on this? Please feel free to DM also.
there is too much cribbing going on. If you follow these feedback and decide on which company to join, then you must either start your own business or retire.
My 2 cents on deciding whether to join or not is Money. As employees we need to thing like mercenaries. We work for money. As long as the money is good, we have no reason to complain. Whether the manger is a psycho or lecherous maniac is meaning less. You dont demand for jagaur pipe fittings/AC in a rented house. If the owner provides; happy, if not; not an issue as long as there is water supply. same logic. Thier company, their stupidity.
If you find the job stressfull , leave. Cant leave the job, cant afford unemployment , shut up an put up with it, End of story.
While i largely agree, these are also difficult times where getting jobs is a challenge and joining/leaving jobs is also difficult. If it were easier to get hired, people would mind less about company politics and culture and the kind of work they do there.
I feel now, this is a general issue in all companies. You'll never find a company where everyone is good - be it the managers or the colleagues. Check if this comment has been given by most of the employees there or just this one? They have even mentioned the Managers name, so hopefully, in any of the managerial rounds you may face them and get to know. Plus to be on the safer side, if you still have a doubt, don't join.
