Can some one get me Project manager Job?

Hi friends, I worked in TCS for 9.5 years and moved to a startup company as Delivery team lead. I'm handling 4 projects here, which includes 2 AMS projects. I'm struggling with only 8.39lacs salary. My total experience is 12.5 years. Worked in different roles as Personal Banker in HDFC bank, Business team lead in TCS and Delivery team lead in startup company since last 1.5 years. Please help me. To grow my package. I can handle Project size of 40-50 team members.
