I don't think they will care unless you are visiting pirated websites and watching pornography on your company laptop.
I once accidentally joined an interview with my current company credentials. I was extremely worried but nothing happened. Unless you use the laptop for some illegal purpose, I don't think they will care.
Don't take the risk. Anything can be tracked. What's the problem in using your phone for this?
