Park plus work culture
A friend interviewed for SDE role and may get an offer from them. How is Park Plus’ culture?
Hey guys, I recently received an offer to join Park+ in a sales role. While I would be joining it regardless, just wanted to understand how is the company and its working culture?
I've interviewed with the founder as well, the experience was not that great, also they lowball you on compensation, I rejected a founder's office role because they couldn't pay me even 30%+ Hike for the role, this is almost a year back though
could you talk a little bit more about how your application/interview process for the FO role
I got in through a referral, there were 3 rounds, I spoke to a BU Head, then COS and then the founder himself, there were written case studies and a couple of AOP Plans for the business I was going to be a part of
If you would be joining it regardless buddy why are you trying to hurt yourself 🥲
Never heard good things about park+ culture. I’m pretty sure if you search park+ on grapevine you wiill find some posts too..
Don’t really know about the company culture but I had a really bad interview experience with Park+ last week. The director of product was interviewing me and the guy didn’t even turn on his camera for the whole call. He joined almost 15 minutes late without any prior intimation and he was in a hurry to go and he was not even giving me even 30 seconds to think through my approaches for the solutions.
Anyways all the best buddy for your role.
Business model is questionable
