I would recommend not to join. Had a very bad experience during their hiring process. Had to leave the offer just because of their unprofessionalism.
Total shitshow in the product team. Their product head is a Zomato guy, have heard from a college senior that this product head is just so full of himself. Listens to no one and his attitude is mostly "My way or the highway". Also, he has normalised and glorified working at ungodly hours.
Had cancelled my interview 5 times in last 15 days. When the interview finally happened a total non-sense PM came who had no knowledge on what is product design, RCA or user conversion funnels.
They hire Program Managers in name of Product Manager.
Also the product does not look like to be a game changer of sorts... right?
