WLB = (Your capability / Amount of work desired from you)
You can choose to increase numerator or decrease denominator. Decreasing denominator usually comes with decrease in pay.
Is 55 Lpa becoming common for 3 YOE ?

Being the devil's advocate, WLB and high compensation are not usually hand in hand. In fact, often negatively correlated. It is just by virtue of high growth and compensation, comes at a cost which could be time, stress, politics and so on. You will be lucky to get both, if you do, don't let go. And share here. :)
My team has very good culture, they just need to get the work done, no useless regular meetings, no compulsory office attendance, NO MAJOR OFFICE POLITICS (just do your job and go).
