Confused and unsure about what to do

So I'm an intern at this bootstrapped startup which is doing really good (touchwood). Three months into my joining, everything was hunky dory but lately my manager has turned less friendly.

She points out little mistakes, asked me to create reports on things that went wrong, uses aggressive language on common slack channels. I'm really not sure what I've done to **** her off.

Yes I did make a couple of mistakes here and there but I put in my 100% effort to see them fixed and talk to her nicely and respectfully. I'm lost. I also think if this will hurt my PPO chances :( I want to know if this is okay and me working extra hard will solve this or should i do something else about this?

What approaches should I take to get it solved? I'm really not looking to switch since I love the product and the culture.

Eh if u can’t figure it out on ur own just ask her directly what steps u can take to make things easier for her. Basically if u are already correcting things which ticks her off and yet the behaviour continues then just openly talk.

Have an upfront conversation with the manager. If she's honest, great. If not, just join somewhere else. Too many shitty managers everywhere with their own reasons and agendas justifying their shitty behaviour.
